Withdrawal

For online consumer purchases, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from delivery, subject to legal exceptions, including certain unsealed hygiene products.

Email bgshopping.net@gmail.com with your name, order number, product and delivery date to notify us of withdrawal and obtain return instructions and the return address.

Non-conforming goods

The legal protection for non-conforming goods is at least two years from delivery. Contact us with the product code, purchase document and details of the issue. A manufacturer’s additional commercial warranty does not replace statutory rights.
